PRF Manufacturing USA Inc (PRF-USA) is a partner, group company of PRF Manufacturing Group (PRF Group). The PRF Group consists of Punch Ratna Fasteners Pvt. Ltd. (PRF-India) and PRF-USA.  Our deep process knowledge and established manufacturing capabilities, empowers us to manufacture simple to complex shaped cold and hot formed components. Our highly skilled and experienced engineering team uses state-of-art technologies, and can get involved with the customers upstream during product development and design stage, resulting in sourcing of components that offer the best value – high quality parts, manufactured using most competitive techniques without compromising on functionality.  

Established in 1994, PRF-India is the leading manufacturer of Cold and Hot forged components and high tensile fasteners. PRF-India has three manufacturing facilities in India, with an installed annual production capacity of 30,000 metric tons.  In order to maintain the highest quality and process controls, PRF India employs a vertically integrated process with in-house wire processing, forming (cold/hot), secondary processing (machining, thread rolling), heat treatment, surface treatment and fully equipped quality labs.  

PRF USA was formed in 2019 to better support our customers in North America. With a US-based  manufacturing facility in Roseville, Michigan, PRF-USA expands our manufacturing footprint in North America and offers our customers the option of sourcing certain cold formed parts that can be manufactured in USA.  Our US-based management and engineering team works closely with PRF India-based counterparts in better serving our customers’ varied manufacturing, sourcing, warehousing, and related needs.  

Over 90% of PRF Group’s customers consist of global automotive suppliers and our products end up in global automotive brands. In addition to the automotive sector, we also supply components to agricultural, electronics, industrial and infrastructure/construction sectors.
